HALKBANK Joins SEF’s Program to Support Rural MSMEs

Belgrade, October 3, 2025 — HALKBANK has officially joined the SEF program aimed at supporting micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) operating outside major urban centers, known as the Support to Rural MSMEs initiative.

This marks a continuation of the long-standing and highly successful collaboration between SEF and HALKBANK, which dates back to the very founding of SEF. Through this program, both institutions reaffirm their shared commitment to inclusive economic development and the empowerment of entrepreneurs in underserved regions.
