Start-up Facility

The program is designated for start-ups - entrepreneurs, young MSMEs and registered farmers - with the objective to improve their access to adequate financial products, that should consequently lead to the increase of self-employment and employment in Serbia.

The partner banks in this program are: Halkbank, ProCredit Bank, 3Bank, Erste Bank, NLB Komercijalna bank.

Covid 19 Window

The purpose of this initiative is to enable timely and purposeful support to business entities (entrepreneurs, MSMEs and registered farmers) that are negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Support is mainly given by improving the access of business entities to finance, with the aim to improve their business sustainability and thereby preserve the employment level.

Initiative is carried out in cooperation with banks in Serbia, with whom Serbian Entrepreneurship Foundation concluded a Partnership Agreement for this initiative.
The program was successfully completed in December 2023.

Support to Rural MSMEs

The objective of the initiative is to provide support for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) outside the regions of Belgrade and Novi Sad. This program aims to facilitate economic activity, as well as to promote sustainable productive employment and income-generating opportunities in areas beyond the regions with the highest concentration of business activity in the Republic of Serbia (the cities of Belgrade and Novi Sad). The new program covers more than 160 municipalities across Serbia.
The partner banks for this program are ProCredit Bank and Halkbank.

SME Hub Initiative

SFP has joined one of the leading projects of Swiss development cooperation in Serbia. This program is one of the components of the SME Hub Initiative. The SME Hub project is supported by the Government of Switzerland through the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
This public-private initiative is designed to support small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises by facilitating access to financing sources and alignment with global standards.
SFP’s partner bank in implementing this guarantee scheme is ProCredit Bank.
